Step One: Login to your UA Mail

Step Two: Go to Mail Settings Step Three: Add a Forwarding Address
  • Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab under settings
  • Click Add a forwarding address (shown below) foward 2.jpg

  • In the pop up window, add your personal email (shown below). UA Mail will now send a confirmation email to your personal email.

  • Note: do not close out of your UA Mail. You will need to go back to it later.
Step Four: Confirm Your Personal Email
  • Login to your personal Email
  • You should see a message from UA Mail
    • Subject: UA Forwarding Confirmation (#XXXXXXXX)
  • Click on the email and follow the instructions. The email asks you to confirm the forwarding request. Once you completed the forwarding request, you should see a confirmation success web page (shown below)

Step Five: Enable Forwarding

  • Go back to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab under Mail Settings in your UA Mail(hint: you already went here in step two and three)
  • Check Forward a copy of incoming mail to your personal email (shown below)

  • Click Save Changes
  • Your UA Mail should now forward to your desired email!
